Tributes for Rev. Kola Tag

OCTOBER 2021 Rev. Kola Ewuosho, my spiritual father, my boss and my mentor. I first heard of the ministry while on NYSC camp in 1989 (Gomel, Kano). There was a fellowship in the camp and lots of my friends were always inviting me. I eventually came to WOFCC, Kano in 1991 and got born again there. My first close experience with Rev. was in January 1992, when I was interviewed by him prior to securing a job in the ministry; I was to replace the person that was previously in charge of the Tapes Department. This was my first close experience of witnessing the Rev.’s faith life. He said to me, “Wole don’t look to me for your salary”. I asked him, “Who should I look to?”, to which he replied, “We must both look to God” and quoted Jeremiah 17:5-8. Wow! I reflect on that initial encounter and so many other fantastic and life...

OCTOBER 2021 Happy Diamond Jubilee Daddy! These past 33 years that my path divinely crossed with yours have been indeed a season of unveiling of the destiny of God in my life.  Thank you for being a gentle and kind mentor to us all. Your birthday has given me this special opportunity to thank you for all these years. You have been more than a father, mentor and teacher to me. Your life has impacted me in a way that words cannot explain. A man of wisdom, care and love. You are many things to others but to me you are indeed a father. God richly bless you daddy for the opportunity you have granted me to serve in this commission. I am eternally grateful. As you turn 60, may the good Lord continue to keep, bless, strengthen, favour, prosper and multiply His wisdom upon your life. May nations open up to you....

OCTOBER 2021 TRIBUTES FROM FOWM FRIENDS & PARTNERS We celebrate God's gift packaged in the person of Rev. Kola. He is truly a great man of God and I am a direct beneficiary of the grace and the anointing of God that is upon his life. I met him back in 1987 when he came to plant a church in Kano, Nigeria and since then his life, marriage, and ministry have been an inspiration to me. He has taught the Word faithfully over these many years and lived it. He set an example for us on what it takes to follow and live for Christ. Personally, he taught me about how to obtain and exercise faith in the Lord and how to navigate in wisdom through the storms of life. Rev., we rejoice with you on this occasion and pray that the Lord will continue to bestow more grace upon you and Rev. Funke...
