SEVEN SECRETS TO GOAL ACHIEVEMENT Write your goal down. The act of writing it reinforces the goals in your mind. Align your goals. Your goals should complement or support each other. When you write your list of goals, take a moment to think how pursuing each one could impact the others. Set Performance goals to reach your Outcome goals. Performance goals are a commitment to yourself to do something and do it consistently until you reach your vision.
